Partner – 40+ years of experience
Suzanne has a reputation for leadership in corporate travel management for small and medium enterprises companies, many of whom have been with Broadway Travel for several years. Suzanne's expertise in fare construction and solving complex travel itineraries is exemplary. She personally monitors the 24/7 emergency mobile phone service - not a call centre!
As well as maintaining her commitment to her corporate clients, Suzanne enjoys creating fabulous itineraries for her leisure clients to wonderful destinations including those she has loved visiting personally , including Africa , South America, Europe, Alaska, , Egypt, Southern India, the Maldives, ocean & river cruising & of course Australia.. Dianne Doust
Partner – over 39+ years of experience
Di has worked in travel for over 39 years covering most aspects of the industry including leisure, corporate, event management, groups and incentive travel. In addition to this she has held senior management roles in the industry including board positions. She is a well-versed world traveler, having acquired an impressive understanding of travel across all continents. Her love of travel has taken her to many destinations in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas, New Zealand and Australia.
Di has done many cruise holidays including exploring both the Arctic and Antartica on Expedition ships. From trekking to find the gorillas in Ugandu to cruising the oceans in 5-star luxury, Di has experienced it all and looks forward to sharing her passion for travel and knowledge with you. Di loves the challenges that come with working with corporate clients.
She is totally committed to delivering outstanding service, making herself available at all hours should the need arise for urgent after-hours assistance. In addition to the many accolades she has received from working with corporate clients, Di has a reputation for delivering outstanding service to her many past, present and referred luxury leisure and group clients.
