We have a team of eight experienced travel consultants who work six days a week in our agency at the Broadway Fair Shopping Centre in Nedlands, Perth, Western Australia.
They are Toni Chambers, Suzanne Baker, Valerie Wright, Gemma Smith, Fiona James, Jan Armstrong, Jade Hall, Leanne Sajtos and Chloe De Landgrafft.
Our team has more than 100 years experience in the travel industry dealing with both corporate and private travellers. Their personal qualifications are detailed below.

In 2007, visited Croatia and Russia.
Toni, who began her travel career in London more than 30 years ago, has lived in Perth longer than she lived in her native New Zealand. She is the managing partner of the agency and enjoys working closely with staff and customers.
ATAQ Level: Travel Manager
Toni is accredited as an AFTA Travel Manager, ICCA Master Cruise Councillor and is a Kiwi Expert Agent with Fares and Ticketing 1 and 2, plus Skal International membership since 1997.

Suzanne is a partner in The Broadway Travel & Cruise Centre and is our Corporate Business Travel Manager. She has industry experience since 1980 as manager of the Nedlands travel branch of WA Newspapers and as a corporate consultant to Australia Post and Telecom.

Valerie has a talent for putting worldwide luxury itineraries together for the discerning traveler.
She has been awarded a Hong Kong Ambassador accreditation for her specialist Hong Kong knowledge and expertise. Valerie is always happy to discuss her travel tips for this exciting destination.
We've been fortunate to employ Valerie for the past 21 years. She holds the Australian Federation of Travel Agents accreditation as a Senior Consultant, together with Fares and Ticketing.

Gemma has been working in the travel industry for almost 15 years. She is our New Zealand travel specialist with an expertise in skiing.
Gemma has extensive experience in the international arena with a special interest in cruising. She extensively toured the West Coast of America in 2006 and travelled through various European countries in 2007.
Gemma has a Certificate in Travel and Tourism and is a credited cruise consultant.

Places visited: Thailand, Malaysia, Bornea, Bali, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Turkey, Egypt, New Zealand, American West Coast, Mexico. In 2007, has travelled through Mauritius and San Francisco.
Fiona has the Masters Cruise Consultant Certificate and has worked in the travel industry for almost 20 years, largely in the corporate and retail areas of domestic and international airlines.
She has explored both islands of New Zealand more than a dozen times by motorbike and has lived there for two years.
Fiona has a TAFE Certificate in Travel and is a certified cruise consultant.

Jan has been in the travel industry for almost 40 years. She's travelled from Kathmandu to Iceland and back again!
She's a seasoned backpacker with tips for shoestring travellers and has spent several years motoring through Europe, the US, New Zealand and Australia.
Jan is a highly competent Senior Travel Consultant, an airfare specialist, a business travel expert and a mine of information concerning "different" travel destinations.

Jade is our intermediate travel consultant "extraordinaire".
She came to us straight from Travel School where she excelled in all subjects.
Jade has a Certificate 3 in International Retail Travel Sales and we're pleased to have her as a member of our team.

Born and raised a New Zealand girl, Leanne has worked in the travel and tourism industry for the past eight years.
She has graduated with a Diploma in Tourism and Tour Guiding, having completed her studies in New Zealand where she has extensively travelled and guided tour groups.
Leanne has an intimate and passionate understanding of her native country and uses her knowledge to organise exciting holidays in the best parts of New Zealand.

Chloe has joined The Broadway Travel & Cruise Centre travel team in 2007 and is the first of many smiling faces you'll see when you walk into our office.
Chloe is studying part time for her Certificate 3 in International Retail Travel Sales and will graduate from TAFE in 2008.
