The first step in organising your group travel is to meet and discuss your travel criteria. Once your needs are understood, Broadway Travel will then:
- research destinations and/or venues
- negotiate airline and accommodation contracts, and
- handle all aspects of the booking process.
Your Broadway Travel agent will be the prime point of contact with group participants in order to save your organisation valuable time.
Personalised service for each group traveller
Broadway Travel will create a travel profile for each group participant to ensure personal requirements are identified and fulfilled. This includes:
- frequent flyer numbers
- passport and visa information
- special dietary or medical requirements and
- personal preferences
Individual travel itineraries will be prepared for each traveller. Broadway Travel will also handle all arrangements for pre- and post- program extensions.
Do you need a travel coordinator on tour?
Depending on the size of your group, one of our committed staff will be available to travel with the group, if required.
Communication with program coordinators
Prior to travel, program coordinators will receive a detailed report that contains individual manifests for all sectors of the program to ensure access to all relevant information.
24 Hour Service
Broadway Travel provides 24 hour service so any unexpected changes to programs can be handled quickly and professionally. Where possible your travel consultant will remain your point of contact regardless of the time of day.
